Louis Voting out Simons Acts Or Voting for the best singer?

A lot of people will now say thats the second week louis has chosen the wrong person, (personally i did think scott should have gone)

So if you think he has, is he trying to put simon out or is he voting on who he thinks has less talent?

or even both?

because last week i do think scott should have gone but this week, was awful desicion and austin has so much more to give than rachel she isnt a great singer at all and austin is a young good looking bloke to.
