The show averaged a huge 10.9m last night, almost 11 million, and peaked at a huge 12.1m. This is the highest X Factor rating ever of the series. Result got 8.7m.

SCD got 9.4 million.

This series has done fantastic, it helped both SCD and XF that there was no clash
I thought ratings might have been damaged because of maybe firework events last night but it didn't
The final will be the highest rated episode ever and probably of the year
