Not in an extreme way. I'm just not able to buy as much stuff as I'm used to. I choose tour tickets over socialising and pretty clothes, and decent food.
I've cut back loads, that was like my one huge purchase for the next year or so.
edit:Sorry to being TT in everything but they sold 700,000 tickets at an average of 50 pounds which is 32 million.....

25 million! No way! I say a fair bit will go to the promoters but their shows cost a fair bit too. And they have to get some, lol. I think the last tour they got about 7 million each, but I'm not sure.

Not really no. But I am conscious of asking my parents for money now. Not that it's really hit them either but I try not to if I can avoid it. I'll just ask for loads at christmas!

Well, actually fuel prices dropped so I can't really complain. And Calvin Klein jeans prices haven't been affected so it's all fine for me. :spin2:
Kind of. I emptied my Halifax bank :joker:
But money wise, no not at all.

In all honestly NO the recession has not affected me in any way other than I pay a little more for my fuel and shopping. I have not had the change the way I live my life though.

The only negative effect it has had on us is that we have a house to sell in Leeds and due to circumstances out of our control we are unable to to put it on the market yet
House prices are falling and its totally out of our control

Nahh not really, just like I can't get as much with mu poket money etc..
Mum said unless dad loses his job we'll be fine but I think she was just trying to reassure me
Well not me, because I'm only 15 lol. But, it's affected my mum a lot. We weren't particularly well off to begin with, lmao and she keeps complaining about paying double for electicity, and how mushrooms have went up by 13p. lmao. But it'll end at some time, i'm sure.

I think there is an awful lot of panic at the moment and people are worrying that the country is going into recession. I am not convinced we are at that stage yet, people are still living their lives just paying a little more for it. I think the people I worry about the most are those on lower incomes who struggled to make ends meet before prices on every day things increased.
House prices going down will hit a lot of people but will be advantageous to some, I have a couple of properties that I bought when house prices were low to rent out and am considering doing the same when prices fall again.
