Im going to the organised display in the city park. its always been good every year, around 60,000 people turned out last year. im quite lucky we have that :spin2:

I live in northern Ireland and got wierd looks last year when I made a banner saying "HAPPY BONFIRE NIGHHHHT" I also made a badge with a bonfire on it... LOL
Many people said we don't celebrate it because... we don't..
I think Ireland should... :P

I dunno but it may be because Guy Fawkes was a Catholic wasn't he, and he was againt the COE/Protestant thing, so because its really the celebration of Guy Fawkes death, it became and Irish tradition not to celebrate?

Nowadays its really about protestants marching though Catholic areas to piss us off... but thats a different story.. LOL

Just got back from the fireworks. They had even more this year, they had big search lights on the clouds and fire thingies that exploded during the new bond song and fireworks. It was as amazing as ever !
