Papier mâché models of the broadcasters, who provoked a scandal after making obscene phonecalls to veteran actor Andrew Sachs on their BBC Radio2 show, will go up in flames at a party in Edenbridge, in Kent, on Saturday.
The 25ft effigy, which shows Ross in one of his trademark garish lounge suits holding a dog with the head of Brand head under his left arm, is set to be burned in front of more than 20,000 spectators.
The duo are the latest in a string of topical targets torched by organizers Edenbridge Bonfire Society.
Previous years' victims have included former deputy prime minister John Prescott, former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussain and Anne Robinson, host of television programme The Weakest Link.
Bonfire society chairman Sue Laver said the celebrity guys were chosen to appeal to as many visitors as possible.
Mum of two Karen Brenchley, 41, of Edenbridge, said: "I think it's a great idea getting Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross on the bonfire.
"They were really mean to that poor old chap. This is a great way to poke fun at them."
