Hi,
I was just having a convo with a family member and i was wondering.. do xmas ads that come on too early spoil the atmostphere of xmas? Theres like loads of xmas ads getting ready for xmas and i dont know about you but for me that always takes away the excitment, its wayy to early imo and then eventually when it does get to December i dont feel excited because it feels like ive already been in a xmassy mood last month. I dont know if you will understand me but some of you might lol. And they even have an xmas film on channel 4 its only like the first week of Novemeber! Lol. What do you think??

Yeah I think it does a bit.

Lucky for me America was going wild for Halloween and now Thanks Giving so no sign of Christmas yet.

No! They make me insanely excited! And I'm not all that into Christmas day, it always seems to be a letdown after how much I look forward to it, but it;s like the lead up and how over excited I get that makes it fun haha

I think they get me more excited....my mum's annoyed at me singing christmas songs in November. It's all because of them adverts

Nah I don't think it does. It's only 7 weeks till Christmas now which really isn't that long to have all the Christmas vibe about.

I think it'd be boring to have normal bland adverts on around Christmas, so no it doesnt

But i like it when it starts in December lol

About one month and a week actually.
December, and the end of November is when I start counting down and getting REALLY excited, not in August.

Christmas ads love em or hate em do make the whole Christmas experience what it is, so we do need them.
But having them to early (before November 5th) is a tad frustrating, thankfully though most Christmas ads do start getting regular about mid/late November.
