TiBBs Next Top Christmas Model 2008 // The Duels

It's coming up to that time of year again, which can only mean one thing - it's time to find another Next Top Christmas Model!

Last year a team of ex-models went head-to-head against a team of brand new models. Team Old Pro used their NTM experience to win over the judges and make it to the final. The public voted dupin, a losing member of Team Newbie into the final with them. Despite them voting him into the final, he only manged second place - losing out to cycle 2's Scampi. Since then two more cycles of NTM have begun and ended and Kate and Benjamin having joined the list of winners. But who will be TiBBs Next Top Christmas Model?

For this special Christmas show I'ce chnaged the format. This is 'The Duels'. This year there will be a number of head-to-head duels between models. The winner of each duel will win a place in the final and a chance at winning. The loser will be out of the compatition.

Conzors (ex-model; 4th cycle 2)
Darenn (ex-model; 6th cycle 3) :: eliminated 1st
Dezzy (new model) :: disqualified
Gazbo (new model) :: eliminated 2nd
Hannah (ex-model; 2nd cycle 4)

SiaSiaSia (ex-model; 5th cycle 4)

This year any one can apply, even NTM ex-winners (ex-chrismas model winners cannot apply).

Then they'll be judged and the stronger pics will be saved by the public [tibb] and some shall be voted out until theres a winner :)

this format means it'll be really hard to work out who'll get through because it depends entirely on the theme. I know that I was pretty good but I had a few awful weeks because I hated the themes.. so yeah..

Dezzy is out final model :D We know have 4 ex-models and 2 new models. Every few days over the next two weeks there will be four separate head-to-head duels when a ex-model will go against a new model. Only one will win a place in the final.

Judges will be myself and Kiz, again :)

Later tonight I'll annonce the first two models taking part in Duel 1. The first duel will take place on Sunday, with the results Sunday night. Models taking part will have just a few days to take and submit their photos.

So, duel 1 and theme 1 tonight! See you soon :D

The first two models to face of in duel 1 are;

You're theme is Winter. You have until 9am on Sunday to submit your photo. You're photo must feature you and no graphics allowed. You must re-sixe your photo to a reasonable size and send to me by u2u only.

On Sunday you're photos will be posted in the first live duel. The judges will comment however it will be down to the public to decide which model is best and who gets a place in the final.

Dezzy failed to submit a photo, which means he has been disqualified and, even though Sia edited her photo which is against rules - she will take the final place in the final.
