If women have implants they are better if they are like a normal size or what some people would call small.

to big natural or fake doesnt look good imo.

Most fake ones, whether they're only put up one cup or many - do have a fake texture there's no doubt about it. They're harder, firmer and don't jiggle! (Some people do prefer that, though).

I say real.

Real in virtually all cases, fake boobs tend to look a bit too 'plastic-y'. When they're done well the do look nice but normal boobs are better!
