BB9 legend, Luke Marsden, is to become a Conservative MP. Well done Luke - defeat those evil socialists.

Oh, I know what he is doing. He's inching his way back into the news, and then suddenly Bex will be turning up as well on his side. That will gain him lots of respect.

I have no comment.

(Funny how they were both cut out of Children in Need last night :cheer2:)

Yes, those "evil" socialists.

:laugh2:

None of the modern day political parties are Socialist... or Conservatism/Unionism. They've both devolved in the centre and now it's which one is disliked most. With Luke up in front for the Conservatives I can take a stab in the dark...

I don't believe this. What's your source? He said in the house that he wouldn't want to be a MP.

At least they still did CIN along with Steph and Samanda, which is more than people like Mo and Darnell have done. There were dozens of venues during the show. It was impossible for the BBC to broadcast everything.

Darnell is a 26 year-old housemate who was born in Ipswich, raised in St Louis (USA) and now lives in London. He was deported to the UK after getting involved with gang culture in the States and now focuses much of his time in mentoring community youth groups in North London

What do Mo and Darnell have to do with anything mentioned in this thread anyway?

That's not true at all. You haven't been under Tory rule for how long? You don't know what they'll do, or what policies they'll enact. You'll know the difference between Conservatives and Labor, when Conservatives take it over. You were or don't remember life under Thatcher. You ain't seen nothing.

Ruthless, amoral, mendacious politicians make great TV, but I think there are already enough in Parliament.

Thankfully Derek didn't get anywhere and hopefully Luke won't either.
