X Factor's JLS Take fat advice TONED X Factor totty JLS were warned by Take That to curb their junk food habit before they end up podgy.

The Manchester group, who were giving JLS a master class for this Saturday's show, told the young lads that it's only too easy to gorge on fatty foods, such as their beloved Nando's take-aways, rather than healthy salads and soups.

Gary, who picked the song JLS are singing on Saturday, advised the boys to look out for each other and keep healthy.

Saturday’s show will see appearances from Take That and last year’s contestants Rhydian and Same Difference.

Really, non of them are chubby, they do a picture thing a few weeks ago with all their six pack showing, I have seen more fat on a chickens leg.
