The 68-year-old didn't know where to look when she was confronted with the former police commander's 'truncheon' on I'm a Celebrity yesterday.
Nature loving Paddick was completely unselfconscious as he stripped off and joined her in the waterfall shower. But the That's Life presenter pursed her lips and delicately averted her eyes as he lathered up.
In contrast to Paddick's 'let it all hang out' approach Esther protected her modesty in a polka dot one-piece.
At one point she turned her back on Paddick's soapy buttocks, as he gave himself a thorough clean.
Earlier in the week openly homosexual Paddick surprised his fellow contestants with the revelation that he was happy to get back to nature.
'I don't want anyone seeing my weener!' exclaimed a bemused ex-Eastender Joe.
He then told the group his 'weener' was known as Alfie. But Paddick was quick to reassure everyone that he didn't have a pet name for his private parts.
He later insisted: 'I do not have a name for my penis. Lovely as it is, it does not have a name.'
