The show has been quite dire this year. I keep watching it expecting somehow that it'll improve, but I just end up not liking it mostly.

I really don't get why people are all excited about Britney Spears. She's hardly a legend. She's a mediocre artist who's more famous for her personal life than her music.

It's not going to look good on Britney when all of the contestants sing her singles better than she ever has. Britney's songs are really catchy, but heavily edited because she can't sing at all.
