It's much more exciting, and is one of (if not the?) fastest growing sport right now in the world. Boxing is a limited form of fighting, and I think it's silly the way it's known as a combat sport. It's like "yea we hate each other, we're gonna fight 1 on 1... but we're only gonna use our hands, that's it". UFC is the actual sport of fighting, it encompases wrestling, ju-jitkicsu, boxing, muay-thai, judo, karate and much more. You have to use your hands, feet, legs, you need ground game as well as a good standup , you need good submissions, as well as good submission defense. That's why it's a much more dynamic and more exciting sport. Boxing is just 1 small part of mixed martial arts.

Ultimate fighting is the sport of fighting, boxing is the sport of punching.

UFC is still seen as, well bit like American Football in the UK.. Boxing will always be number 1, plus boxing is a fighting art.

Ufc is good though some of it bores me when they lay on the ground on top of eachother for 5 mins doing next to nothing.

Has to be the really big people in ufc like lesnar to enjoy it.


boxing is the opposite for me, bigger guys are boring because theres hardly any punches compared to the smaller people.

He doesnt know how to fight and protect himself, and he doesnt move his head. He's obviously been coasting along, fighting not so great opponents for years, dominating them, without protecting himself. But going against Pacquiao and Mayweather, they were both too fast for him.
