A MATHS lesson. It was announced this month that the directors of Endemol, which makes Big Brother, made an £89million annual profit, £33million up from last year.
Most of this wedge comes from taking insecure TV wannabes and humiliating them with demeaning tasks, while editing each housemate to their own agenda.
Those big-hearted Endemol men gave the winner £6500 less than last year, and put all the contestants on the final night up in a £49-a-night Moathouse with a £19 limit for food and drink.
TV executives. A heartwarming breed.
