It depends how much music and video you have.
If you have loads which could out grow the space on the Nano soon then go for the Classic if not go for the Nano

I know, I wanna get the touch, but I have heard its rather shite.

My internet on it is really fast... and I have loads of music, pictures and videos on it!
But on the downside of the touch I know peoples whose have broken, they got them fixed in the apple shop and they work fine now... I guess its luck.. D:

touch isnt **** at all.
it's great, as good for music as all others, looks slicker, internet access, application downloads and a huge screen for videos

yeah, so in a year will like my touch be a bit outdated?
and i love the oldschool ones.
Touch's are amazing.
Get the nano though. I have the orange one.

The nano is cool and pretty tough. iv dropped mine loads of times and theres not a scratch on it. iv even put it through the washing machine and it survived, much to my suprise.
