Just a little show that might interest a few people around here.

C4 have updated their schedules for the day and Derren Brown is gone, but in keeping with what usually happens for a BB launch, the schedule is all filled in apart from a couple of TBA slots.

So it now looks a certainty it'll premiere from 9pm-10.15pm on C4, with another TBA from 2.15am-4.10am for that terrestrial overnight fix.

The big giveaway though is the E4 schedule - completely filled in through to 10.15pm, with one big TBA filling the rest of the nights schedule.

Looks like we have a launch date
I don't know how good it will rate. People usually mainly watch ITV and BBC from xmas to new year so I don't know how much advertising will work but people will have been partying over the new year and xmas meaning the key audience will be in on that night

Yeah you're right, the fact that they change it every year means nothing. :rolleyes:

There won't be major changes, but as in previous years they'll be a few modifications mainly to make it winter proof - so the pool will likely go and the house slightly tweaked. I'd imagine the much underused Noms Pod was ripped out straight after the final, while I reckon they'll keep the jail but move it indoors.

And of course the very un-private bathroom will be made much more private for our prudish celebs!

The far from confirmed week 1 schedule suggests:

BBLB returns on Sunday in it's hour long T4 slot, before airing nightly at 6pm on E4, with hour-long editions pencilled in on Wednesday and Friday.
Like Hijack and BB9, live streaming on E4 is ridiculously cut back during the day, with just a couple of hours in the afternoon.
Big Mouth appears to be at 11pm on weeknights, though the main show is likely to be at 9pm. However, E4's primetime schedule is full "TBA" with only Big Mouth slotted in (and Friends of course), so it's highly likely that will change.
EXTRA SHOW ON TUESDAY There are two shows on Tuesday - an hour long show at 9pm and a 30-minute show at 11pm.
No confirmation of the Friday night schedule, but filling in the blanks on the TBA suggest they'll be at 9pm and 10.30pm like during BB9.

I think once the final schedules are in the main show will be at 9pm with Big Mouth at 10pm, except Tuesday and Friday when it's later due to additional main shows.

Also agree the evictions should be just one 90-minute show.

Listings are now confirmed. Pretty much as expected, with the main show on an hour every day at 9pm, an extra show on Tuesday at 11pm (currently billed as "more highlights", but C4 always do that) and the extra eviction show on Friday at 10.30pm.

BBLB kicks off on Sunday at 1.40pm on T4, continuing weeknights at 6pm on E4, with extended shows on Wednesday and Friday.

Big Mouth is annoyingly pushed back to 11pm on weeknights, except on Tuesday when it airs at 11.30pm. Friday's show is extended to 50 minutes.

Also, C4 are running Dead Set from Tue-Thu at 10pm, possibly the reason Big Mouth is pushed back an hour.

Just to add week two's schedule has now been confirmed - it's hour long shows every night at 9pm, with the extra 30-minute show on Friday night at 10.30pm. There isn't an extra show on the Tuesday in the second week.

Big Mouth is still pushed back to 11pm, BBLB is weeknights at 6pm, extended to an hour on Friday, and Diary Room Uncut airs on Saturday and Sunday night around 11pm.

And live streaming is as limited as they can possibly make it, starting no earlier than 11.30pm at night and cut to less than two hours during most days, with yet another Gilmore Girls showing some afternoons stealing an hour, while despite not showing anything of the kind the rest of the year, E4 decide they must show a Sunday afternoon movie during Celeb BB, taking a couple of hours of valuable time away.


And in other news, the official site launches 28 December, so my guess would be we can expect house pics to be released around the same time.

Still unconfirmed, but the schedule for the next week (ending Fri 23rd) is almost complete - and considering Big Brother Live is scheduled for the Friday night on E4, I'm guessing the final isn't till the Sunday.

However, C4 does have finale style scheduling at 8.30pm and 10pm, with two hour long shows, but I think that's probably a pre-final double eviction.

It's confirmed as 3 weeks, but it doesn't mean it's exactly three weeks - so it'll probably end that weekend, but not necessarily the Friday.

If they're as stupid as they were for Hijack, it'll probably be the Monday!

I doubt it would be Saturday, but it might be worth a try.

Just thinking actually, perhaps Hijack had their final on Monday as Dancing on Ice were filming next door on the Sunday (in previous years it had been Saturdays) and perhaps the Elstree pen pushers wouldn't allow them to have a crowd on the same night.
