Yeah, then I get thinking about what would happen if I died, then I start getting sad/upset/worried so I don't generally think about it.

Today I thought about exams (Not very serious, but very stressful) then I started to moan to a couple of friends and got very annoyed, they were shocked because I was so out of character... they told me to shutup etc.. :P
Then I realised that I have an amazing life... I never usually think this...but I did and it calmed me down. Then I started to feel greatful for being healthy and okay.. :)

I love these moments.

I did it last night, I suddenly realised how long I have been here, and that I needed to do things in my life

I've had this before and like Darrenn I tend to get worried once I start. I've had that feeling before were I've stepped 'so far' back that it just feels really weird

Yeah, I think it's good to do so, you tend to appreciate things a lot more. After seeing my friend in hospital yet again because of his mystery illness, it made me realise how much I valued him and life as a whole. I like when I think about things like that.

This is incredible, only today I had this thought too

I thought about life and wondered what it was all about and whether I'd justified my time here at all.
I suppose if you have generally done your best and people remember you for good positive reasons you will have made that contribution to life and people that will ...in one way or another, enable you to live forever.

When I see my familly, daughter and husband, and in so many ways when I come here (my extended family) I just hope and pray I've done enough, as leaving this life consciously, will never scare me knowing that I will take some part of you all with me, forever.
And thats something that makes me very very happy.

Yes I have. Sometimes I am like 'Do I really look like that ?' 'What I am doing here ?'

Yes! It's strange. Also when you realise that everyone else lives a life too.
