David Van Day's phone line is down. Is this an attempt by ITV to stop him winning?

Could be;

1) It's just busy with people voting (Eww.)
2) It is acually is down to make sure he does not win.
3) Been kicked out of the jungle, therfore nobody need him to vote anymore.
4) Everyone's lines are down
5) Your lying for people to call the number and see.

its none of them. he's trying to get people to call that number to see if it is down- when it isn't down- all so they vote for David.
