'I hate my boobs,' reveals Britney Spears after nearly falling out of her birthday dressAfter narrowly escaping a wardrobe malfunction at her 27th birthday when she nearly spilled out of her dress, Britney Spears has admitted she thinks her breasts are too big.

The troubled singer showed a healthy dosage of cleavage in her incredibly low-cut Roberto Cavalli dress as she celebrated her birthday at New York nightclub Tenjune on Tuesday night.

The gown was so tight-fitting, Britney nearly exposed her full breasts to the paparazzi, but fortunately, hitched up her gown just in time.

After narrowly missing her over-exposure, Britney admitted she was unhappy with her breasts after having two children.

She told the Daily Star: 'I have a love-hate relationship with my boobs. At the moment I hate them. I want them smaller.

'I can't wear the kind of suits that I used to love, the red PVC one I got to wear for the Oops I Did It Again video.'

'I'm tempted to have a breast reduction so I can slink into some amazing stage outfits for my next set of shows. I know they look sexy but sometimes they get in the way.'

Britney has had a busy week of jet-setting.

Last week, she flew from Los Angeles to Germany, than France, then London before jetting to New York.

After celebrating her birthday in Manhattan, Britney returned to LA on Thursday in time to switch on the L.A. Live’s Light of the Angels in the city's downtown area.

She joined LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and councilwoman Jan Perry for the ceremony at the festive ceremony.

Britney didn't perform at the event, leaving singer Natalie Cole to entertain the crowds.

We’d be pretty pleased to have such an amazing set of bangers but a source close to the Britstick reckons she’s upset to have been likened to a porn star in the US.

The slight came from disgruntled observers after her appearance on Good Morning America and it cut Spears to the quick.

“To be described as nothing more than a miming porn star was galling and it led her to question her appearance,” said our mole.

“She’s now thinking of becoming more of a rock chick. The thing is, she looks great as she is.”

That’s a Brit of an under statement...

Personally I can't see anything wrong with her boobs.... and if she lost a little weight and just toned up her ass then that would look good to.

Been searching the net and it looks like the whole story started in the "Daily Star" so chances of it being true are 0.0001%..... but I bet it moved some papers this morning with the pictures of her boobs almost hanging out.

Clearly the original Daily Star story has been fabricated to go with the pictures, nipple or no nipple.

I wonder what the headline would have been the headline if there had have been a nipple?
