How many cups of tea do you drink on an average day?

I've just read an article that said that people who drink 3 cups or more a day have better health, because it's better for you than water, because of all of the antioxidants it contains.
It said that the average person drinks one a day. Which I find ridiculous because I drink so much of it

My kitchen is 4 floors below, it'd be weird going down just to make a cuppa, carry it back up without spilling, drinking, then going 4 floors down to wash it. Meh.

(At home I drink ~1 a day).

Over 10. I used to have to buy a new box of 40 bags about every 3 days but now i buy a box of 160, not sure how long it lasts me, i'm running out so i'll write down when i buy the next box :laugh:

if i'm making it at home i have 2, but for some reason in cafes i have to have 3. I'm odd haha

and when I'm hungover the first thing I crave when I wake up is black tea. It sounds rank and is normally, but it really helps hangovers

it really depends some days i have 1 or 2 others getting close to about 10
i couldnt stand it when i pregnant made me feel sick and i really missed it
