Hello, and welcome to the second heat of the tenth official banner competition!

38 banners have been submitted to the competition. They have been split into six heats (two heats with seven banners, four with six).

Ah! This one is tough. All of the banners here are actually good (I've no idea how you did that 3D effect, HUGO so don't think yours is bad!)

Therefore, Rory has won Heat 3 and his banner will proceed to the final. Matt and SiaSiaSia tied for second place, so therefore both of their banners will be entered in to the second-chance heat later in the competition.
