Why Kate won't move to Madrid with lover Woody

FORMER Big Brother winner Kate Lawler is planning to do a Posh Spice - and not live with soccer hero Jonathan Woodgate now he's in Spain.

The 24-year-old England defender has moved from Newcastle United to Real Madrid in a shock £13.4 million transfer - and he wore the club's number 18 shirt when presented to fans and the Spanish media yesterday.

But Kate has only just moved into a new flat in South London - and is not ready to make a switch to Madrid despite their year-long relationship.

The 24-year-old winner of Big Brother 3 - who went on to present Channel 4 breakfast show RI:SE - said last night: "I'm really excited for Jonathan.

"It's an incredible move. I'm going to try and go out there as much as I can - but I'm not actually moving there."

A friend added: "Kate's found it an incredible shock

This is from today's Daily Star. How true it is I've no idea.

Her footballer boyfriend only left the country a week ago but it seems party girl Kate Lawler has wasted not time in playing away from Jonathon Woodgate.

We caught the Big Brother winner snogging a mystery man in a London nightspot.

It came just hours before she was reunited with Real Madrid star Jonathon for her sister Karen's wedding on Saturday.

Kate, 25, was out clubbing with a group of friends on Thursday night when she bumped into the dark-haired hunk at Soho venue Shaun & Joe's.

Clearly the worse for wear, the failed TV predenter dance seductively with the fella before she went in for the kill and kissed him passionately in the middle of the dance floor.

Our perfectly-placed spy told us: 'Kate and her friends looked like they were having a right laugh. They were all in good spirits and making a real show of themselves in the club.'

'Everyone knew who she was and she was quite enjoying that fact. So much so that when she was approached by this man, she went for it and the pair ended up in a passionate clinch.'

'She made no attempt watsoever to hide what she was doing.'
