Hello, and welcome to the fourth heat of the tenth official banner competition!

38 banners have been submitted to the competition. They have been split into six heats (two heats with seven banners, four with six).

Therefore, HUGO and Nath have tied for first place, so both of their banners will proceed to the final. The runner-up is Scampi and his banner will be entered in to the second-chance heat later in the competition.
