DAVID IN VAN DAZE!Jungle villain David Van Day looked dazed and confused during a bizarre appearance on GMTV.
The I’m A Celebrity baddie spent most of his time on the ITV breakfast show trying to hit host Fiona Phillips, 47, with a pink fly-swat.
At one stage the ex-Dollar singer wanted to swap jackets with co-host Andrew Castle, 45.
The performance was like 28-year-old Kerry Katona’s recent shambolic appearance on ITV1’s This Morning show.
But faded 80s pop star David, 52, claimed he was acting and insisted: “I plotted it like a Shakespearean character.
“I’m in the same mould as Simon Cowell, who everyone thinks is Mr Nasty.”
