Rufus Wainwright's comes second, I'm a huge Rufus fan and was tempted to vote for him but that'd be dishonest, considering I do prefer Jeff's.

I don't think a 40 second clip on a reality tv show really counts :\
As much as I love Diana, there are many versions up there that are way superior, until I hear her sing a full version, even then it's doubtful she'll surpass those IMO.
