It's all over the press. This girl can't do anything wrong as far as the press and simple Simon are concerned at the moment. I think when the truth does come out she will be responsible for Diana's exit, but that is ages away with Diana having signed a gagging clause in her X-factor contract.
As for the picture of the statue it's very Andy Warhol.
Wasn't Diana responsible for her own exit? I thought the second song choice was her own?
As for the weeping angel........:bawling:

Yeh i thought any warhol when i saw it.
but yeh she doesnt seem to do wrong, but what hes showing is its inspirational how a girl from a bad neighbourhood has become such a sensation with the public and is generally really nice.
even though it seems like every star now a days started in a bad neighbourhood.

What struck me about last weeks performance by Diana was that in fact she could sing in a different style, which she showed her first song.
Now this leads me to think that all the times we had to sit through her singing in her pitchy style and songs she murdered where done because that is what Mrs Cole saw as her uniqueness that would win her the show.
Problem was it all started to back fire and people started to criticise Diana for being one dimensional. In order to rectify this Mrs Cole picked a number to show she could in fact sing other styles, but by then it was all too late for Diana, the damage had been done.

I'm not sure it that good it could invoke emotion, but it's interesting enough to look at even if I wouldn't have it on my wall. It's problem as a painting is that it seems dated.
