But if the stupid teenage girls are allowed to pick up the phone and vote then Eoghan could win it. But he won't last long in the music world, after 2009 he'll be forgotten or lokked upon as novelty music.

Its about which act has the most fans that vote, a fan is a fan, it doesn't matter that are teenage girls.

I agree, but I also agree with ukturtle's sentiment - tween aged girls happily spend loads of money voting for somebody to win the X Factor, by the time it takes the winner to release an album, i.e. a year later, these girls have grown up and no longer care about the person they voted for to win.

yerh its true, if they are fans of certain acts they are, but they arent judging fairly for all i can say

We are voting for who we want to win tonight, not next year.
If the music which is released is good enough then the winning act will be a success no matter who voted for them.

i have a feeling jls will win but at the same time i think alex will win with like jls having loads of votes but eoghan will have loads plus northern ireland which could make him come 2nd and jls 3rd?
