Why rule out Mutya but not Lembit? Lembit has vehemently denied any association with CBB, whilst Mutya denied it but then said what she was doing was secret and has been heavily rumored despite her denial.

That's helpful ; knowing Tommy Sheridan was asked last time, perhaps some of the other rumoured celebrities will be on this time...note how a lot of them were right as well...I definately remember Donny Tourette being rumoured as well.

I didn't hear about Jo O'Meara, Ken Russell, Cleo Rocos, Leo Sayer or Carole Malone.

I'm sure Shannon Elizabeth was rumoured a while back. She was also rumoured for I'm A Celeb but obviously that turned out to be false. But she is a massive Big Brother fan, she wants to go on the US version but they don't do a Celebrity series, so she may go on BBUK. She was on BBLB a couple of years ago.
