Bez. He was alright, but definitely didn't deserve to win that series.

Shilpa was a nice girl who did deserve to win the series only by the abuse she was put through during the series.

Chantelle could be considered because she was given somewhat of a public advantage, being the non-celebrity in a Celebrity Big Brother.
