Help???

I try to watch videos on my laptop from iPlayer, YouTube etc. but they keep freezing. This really annoys me.

I use Firefox.

Does anyone know how to help this from happening?

Your internet is probably too slow and therefore the videos won't load quick enough for them to buffer fully.
