Yesterday I got confirmation that my application for the studio flat with my bf was successful!

"I am writing to confirm that you have been successful in securing a studio place on
campus within Grizedale College (House 31 for 09 10)for 09 10 .

I will email you again after the Christmas vacation with further accommodation
information including how to make the deposit payment (£190) which will be due in
January.

Congratulations to you both and well done the college admin for making and sending out this decision just in time for you both to relax and enjoy the good news before Christmas, ready to move into that gorgeous looking new place for the happiest of starts to a new year.

It could'nt have happened to a nicer couple, and its really cheered me up hearing this, :kiss:

Thank you Scampi :hello: I was going to post more pictures with the surrounding area and stuff but decided that would be too much LOL.

And thank you Angie, your words mean a lot. I'm very pleased she managed to send it out literally in the last few hours of her shift before Xmas, she must've been working hard to secure that for us.

Now I just can't wait til September. Hopefully by that time my mum is slightly mobile and can maybe come down to Lancaster to see things, as she hasn't been able to yet.
