'Merry Christmas' or 'Happy Christmas' ?

This is arguably very trivial, but ive noticed that loads of people say 'Happy Christmas' and some say 'Merry Christmas'

Just out of interest which do you say ?

ive always said Merry Christmas myself....

i say merry christmas most of the time i can remember!
but sometimes i write happy christmas on cards...

Definately Merry in our household, from tomorrow anyone who does not have a glass of rum or wine on arrival at the house...

I say Merry Christmas when writing cards etc.. but in real life i just say 'Have a nice christmas'..

We taught me 'Merry Christmas'. 'Happy Christmas' sounds well weird.
'We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year' like the song is.
