-Make sure if i found out people were undrage i would ban them.
-Make a football sub forum so that the football games don't clog up the sport forum.
-Have a couple of new moderaters.
-Start turning this away from big brother a little and more onto other reality tv.
-Only let people have 1 name change every 6 months.
-Bring in a 3 strike policy for small rule break, say you insult someone, 3 times and you get a 24 hour ban.
-If you do something much more serious then its auto ban.
-Reps/ Karma will need a reason ( like it will after the changeover )
-If people try to influence the desicion of Admin or mods they will get a strike toward the 3 strike rule.

As this reminds me on a bodybuilding forum i used to use i think the servers the same, the layout, private messages and reps seems the same. and you cant minus reps on there i dont think.

If I was a moderator I would ban people who broke the rules and fight crime with punishment. Probably make the minimum age 14. Add loads more new smileys with keystrokes like :L for :laugh: instead of words in colons. And much more

I would ascend to Moderator towers and learn the craft of a moderator here, like I did at BAUT, then with my experience of being a moderator on BAUT I would patrol the board, rooting out incivility, all attempts to skirt the obscenity filters.

I would help root out the spammers, like I do at BAUT with impunity.

I would also lock that thread claiming to reveal Katie Price's rapist as I feel that could lead to legal action.

If I did ban anyone, I would use that thread I created a while back to explain why they were banned, to ensure transparency.

I would also find those posts from newbies that are trapped in the moderation queues and if legit, approve them.

As for banning individuals,only if they break the rules.

Also, every day would be Friday. And my moderating team would consist of transgender oompa loompas.

Then, I would start a second trust fund to pay for my own psychic re-evaluation, after applying Die Hard and Rocky IV to real life forum based situations.
