Deleting members?

Would the admins consider deleting old members who don't post or come online. Seeing as they clog up the forum and have usernames that new and active users want could the admins delete the members who have not posted or come online in 2008?

Firstly I've been here 4 months and secondly there are about 13000 members and half of that number have never posted but still have an account and never come online. It's annoying when new members would like usernames but they have been used by a member that joined in 2002 and last came online in 2003.:mad:
