My dog has died. :(

Heya Everyone.

Just over an hour ago, my dog passed away.
She was 10 years old, and has been ill for a couple of days.

It was really sad, she wasnt in pain, but she was breathing funnilly, then her eyes popped out, then she died.

It was so sad, because my other dog tried to nudge her to wake up, and she wouldnt, so he just sat there crying (yano that sound the dog makes, like a whining sound).

Shes been taken to the vet, and is gunna be cremated next week, and well get her ashes, and make a nice plaque for her in the garden

I'm an emotional wreck when it comes to death, especially pets. My dog had to be put down about 2 years ago, it was only 3, and it was really sad :bawling:

Just seen this thread. Sorry for yer loss Conor. We lost our cat in the summer. He was 13 and had kidney failure. I still get upset about it. It's hard losing a pet. It's nice that you are having a plaque. I made a scrapbook with the kids, with photos and drawings and stories in it. It helped a lot. And it's nice to look at it now it's finished.

I know the feeling - I lost my dog in the Summer, I just found him lying near his kennel. He was cremated and I have the ashes in the house to remember him by.
