I know there are a few technical people out there so maybe someone can help :joker:

Got my laptop today, its got a 160GB hard drive but its been split into two, one for Vista and the other for programme files/documents. But I don't like it and rather it be just one.

Anyone have any idea how to merge them?

Why don't you pay someone to fix it for you.. after all, you're always far too busy with your social life to bother with the mediocre things in life... such trivialities..

You're taking huge risks I hope you do realize. I do have 3 hard drives: one for documents, one for Vista and one for programmes. I think it's better to split it in 2 because the day you want to start over, you won't lose any of your documents.

LOL yes but I just prefer the one drive it looks neater because I'm a bit weird like that. I know about the risks and stuff as well but I've had 1 hard drive all the time and all my files that are important end up on my external hard drive anyway so I've got everything backed up.

And no, I'm not paying anyone to do anything. I'm in enough debt as it is atm
