For an iPod Touch.
As it has WiFi you can use it via a router.
Cna you use it anywhere else?
Anywhere with a WiFi connection...
I go to StarBucks.. I can use my laptop there because they provide free WiFi access..

I think you can but you need a special adaptor... so you can hook up to a satellite but not just through normal connection.
