You have to start somewhere, and comedy is the hardest of all to get into and get right, so lets see how he gets on this season (Go Jack Go):cheer2:

Your describing it as a phonebox gig. Over 600,000 people watched him last night. His not just starting 'anywhere'.

Besides, comedy cant be learned. You have to have a balance of natural charisma. The way you look, move and talk. And Jack is, well, not bad, but not good. About as memorable as amnesia.

Why do you keep saying that? Dont you think somewhere between the time when he was born and when he appeared on a show in front of half a million viewers he was given a 'chance'?

How long exactly does he have to perform for our opinions on him to become valid?

About as long as my patience for annoying gimmick posters who are on presenters payrolls, who spin cryptic phrases instead of proper arguments.

I seriously feel like im the only person who actually thinks he is a good presenter. For his first show he did really good! And I am sure it took Russel a while to settle. I think he is handling it really good...
