I agree, they should of just gotten another housemate to collect it from the DR later on in the night.

I agree with that. He said "I can carry it from here" anyway.

It wasn't impossible for him exactly, he just had to drag it. No big deal. If I was him I'd rather that than special treatment all the time.

I don't think so. They could have made him drag it from the car.

THAT would have been cruel.

But that was before he had his bag... that was when he had walked into the house.

For any little guy, walking all that way is tiring. Plus, he's got bad knees I think.

Most HM do that when entering the house, he must of been overwhelmed and had his breath taken away by the amount of people screaming at him.

Good comparison.

Also, he was talking to Tommy last night on the live feed about how he does not see his size being a handicap and he wishes to be self sufficient.

Dude, have you ever seen somebody run out of breath and lean against a wall? Nothing changes just because he is a midget.

To be fair that was before they handed him the suitcase. And there's not really a lot they could do about his entrance, it;s not like they could lift him or whatever, that would be compromising his human dignity.

They could have made him carry his bag from the car and walk into the house the normal way. Its not exactly bad if he got his own entrance AND he said he could carry his bag anyway.

Did you see the way he got out of the car tom ? it was a task on its own ,the car must have seemed huge to him having said that everything must seem huge to verne, I understand that he wants to be independent but that does'nt stop me feeling sorry for the guy,

I Felt really Awkward yesterday, when Tommy kept coming up to him, and you could see... he just wanted to be independant, but Tommy was always there! I am glad in the end he talked about it with Verne

I am glad in the end he talked about it with Verne I think my first instinct would be to try and help someone like that ,its so easy to forget that people like Verne have had to manage all there lives and are well used to managing by them selves
