Heya Moderators!

Do you think that on the control panel we can have a box saying any people that have quoted us and a link to their post?

Thats actualy a bloody good suggestion man. I think the system of quotes is just based on code and text though, nothing you could possibly track and link back to instantly :sad:.

I'm pretty sure there used to be an option where you would recieve an email everytime someone replied to your thread.

I like this idea, though not sure how it could work.

Don't they do this on YouTube when someone replies to your comment? If so then I assume it can be done here.

I do not mean Thread, i mean someone quotes your post?

It is really annoying when i send something and come back to it about 3 days later to discover i have had loads of relevant quotes

This is what I do to keep track of my posts...

Go to the top of the page to where is says 'Logged in as Lewiis.Xx' and click your username. Then, go down to the bottom of the page and click 'Search for all posts by this user' and you will get all your posts, from your most recent to your first.

An easy thing for you to do is to just go up to the Search (http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/forum/misc.php?action=search) option at the top, enter in "Lewiis.Xx" and it will find where people mention your name, including when it says "Originally posted by Lewiis.Xx" :thumbs:

No, no because then major quote-fests will be too much trouble.

No because it'll be annoying when so many people quote. Believe me, I once subscribed to a thread and got like 23 emails at a time.
