I don't think there's any real definition of a "chav" to be honest, my general rule is that if I'm walking past someone or a group of two or three people, and they look threatening enough that I feel the need to cross the road because of the way they are walking, the way they dress or that they're carrying alcohol on them in the street - they're probably a chav. Obviously with a large group of people you tend to feel intimidated anyway, regardless of who's actually in the large group.

It was in an argument a few weeks ago with Damon. He was using text speech galore and was insulting Damon for liking Britney...(if I remember right) Loadsss of people were using 'chav' against him (probably because his avatar was a picture of a group of people wearing hoddies and huddled up by a wall) and it caught on.

I hate the word chav, it doesn't even mean anything anymore and most of the people who use it don't even know what it means. people just use it to talk about something/someone they don't like because they think they're above people

I still live in the 90's so say scally instead, at least people actually know what I mean

I used to wear them at work / college coz i done bricklaying so jeans were easier to wear and cooler than jeans in the summer.

also going to the gym 5 days a week. so if i am going out for like 20 mins i wont change any longer i will. but dont mind wearing them just think why not..

I hate skinny jeans dont unerstand why guys would wear them.

They're not human anyway so it doesn't matter if they're dehumanised

Boys sounds too kiddish, men sounds too grown up, so lads is the only alternative :blush2:

It's not some huge conspiracy theory. I just reckon you aren't who you say you are...

If I'm wrong, fair enough, but yanno, I just figured I'd put it out there, then ye know what I really think instead of hearing it second hand from others with their own elaborate exaggeration added on for good measure.

Yep, wrong, but it definitely explains a couple of others lately :spin2:

Just take people at face value, thats what I do. I've got my doubts over loads of people on here. If you've got them over me then fair enough, but I know I'm real so I'm not going to attempt to justify myself or prove myself, its pointless.

lily.
04-01-2009, 04:39 PM
I do take people at face value.. to a point.. yanno, I don't care if people are real or aren't.. in the sense that I'm never going to interact with them in my actual life..

But, when I think someone isn't who or what they say they are, or that stuff doesn't add up, I suppose I'd rather just say it .. cuz I'm kinda like that... I'm mouthy.. and if I think something I tend to say it.. which is what got me banned in the first place.. however, I can't change who I am..

And, I also know that TiBB is notorious for "chinese whispers" so the fact that I've said it about you means that it would inevitably make it's way back to you.. I know a lot of people on here have you on MSN etc, and would love the chance to go running to you telling you that I think yer fake, so this way they don't get that pleasure.. cuz I'm sayin it to you..

Thats it you see- MSN, where I've got a few people. Who in their right mind would honestly fake an MSN account unless you've got too much time on your hands? I don't care if things don't add up tbh, and if people are going around looking for things which add up and playing detective to try and prove someone as fake then it says more about them tbh.

I know who you're on about anyway, but tbh nothing really came about until you joined up, and I didn't take so kindly to you. Anyone would think someone was planting something in peoples heads about people who aren't up a certain someones arse like half the forum

A lot of things changed when you was allowed back, and not for the better either. And I'm not alone in that thought, although no doubt almost everyone will back you up anyway because OMGURTHISPROPERLEGENDARYMEMBARNTUTHTEVRY1LUVZ. So I just thought I'd return the favour and say something quite a lot of people are screaming to say :spin2:

I hate to tell you this Tom, but if you think I wasn't aware of the members who didn't want me back, you are sadly mistaken. I am well aware that there are many people pissed off at my return. I am mostly aware of who exactly these people are. Some have the decency to just avoid me, while others pretend to like me when they clearly don't. I have more respect for the former.

I'm surprised things have changed since I came back though. I wasn't aware I influenced the forum dynamic quite so much. That's really sad.

There are a lot who pretend to like you when clearly they don't, just jumping on the "legendary member" bandwagon.

And yes, you do affect the forum dynamics, sad but true. You've caused a lot of divides, and especially with the things you have 'allegedly' been getting into peoples heads

Tbh it wouldn't surprise me if you were just as fake as the many accounts you made whilst you were banned in pathetic attempts to get back into the forum. I mean what "woman in their mid-30's" would be so childish and do that, whilst being friends with a lot of people under the age of 20? Either you're weird, youre fake, or you have too much time on your hands. The choice is yours.

That you are lieing about. I know for sure.

Also, Tom - it doesn't take a genius to realise that you were obviously hinting it's me as "the other person" or one of the other "members" because of our little feud the other day. Like I have said to you before, like I was "man" enough to say to you. If you have a problem with me, please tell me. Not talk about me whilst I'm offline so I can't defend myself.

I'm not gonna argue about it on here or MSN, but if ye wanna chat then you got my MSN and know where I am.

That you are lieing about. I know for sure.

Really? What do you base that on, that I've not been on to you? I did once, for literally 2 minutes. I wasn't at home (where I actually don't have one which is why I haven't been on to anyone else) and noone else from TiBB was online, otherwise I would have.

I'm not going to argue about it on here or MSN, but if ye want to chat then you got my MSN and know where I am.

Yeah but everything was said I thought, I don't have a problem with you now, you've been quite OK to me since that. But its not just you ... but I will be honest and say you did change when Linda came back.

Its quite obvious whats going on here, its just a shame some can't see it.

I like you Jen. The first night I met you and we argued was cuz everytime I was talking to someone in a thread, you and others were doing the IKR, ORLY and ILY thing, and it annoyed me.. but I told you and we argued, and moved on and I like you fine.

So do you blame me for this negative change?

I hate that argument, I shall never re-live it.
You are my role model now... obviously.

LoL@role model Jen.. haha..

Tom, how could I possibly be such a bad influence on him and make him change so drastically for the worse?

Towards me- not as a whole. Its not fair to speak about him whilst he isn't here so all I'll say is the change is because of you playing chinese whispers around to certain members with your own views on me. And no I didn't hear that from him, but its obvious you've spoken to him about that.

I've said it directly to you, so how is it chinese whispers?

I told it you all before, I'm OK with you now though (and you're OK with me as well) just basically everything we spoke about earlier on.

And, I'll put my edit here:

Chinese Whispers refers to when someone says something to someone else, then it gets passed on to another, and another, and it gets warped along the way.

I've said to others that I think yer a ****ing liar and a fake. I've said it to you now. Go ask Magic, Supernoodles, or Scampi or anyone else in the multi-convos I keep getting dragged into.. I said you were a fake, and a liar.. I'm saying it here too.. so where exactly does it get warped into being Chinese Whispers?
