It's not all that bad, I'd rather to be actually be called Nicky.. but Nicola's a nice name I think :)

My great grandma named her daughter (my grandma) after her, Gertrude..
and she always used to tell my mum not to name me after her as it's not a nice name!

So I'm very fortunate I is Nicola! :tongue:

I really like my name. Not too many people have it at my age. My real name is Anne-Marie and my grandparents call me that (bless them) but if I could choose a name.. I would be called SOPHIE or ELLIE.

Mine's slightly less common then usual but still a normal name (only ever met two other Deans before. I don't mind my name but if i could change it i'd change it to Max, I like that name.
