If they wish to be fluent? I notice this a lot. Many speak perfectly, and you wouldn't even realize that they were Swedish. Then you hear them in Swedish, and you can't believe how they would be able to get the annunciation spot on when they switch to English.

Swedish people speak English fluent for most of them. Some TV shows are in English, they learn English at the age of 3. Same thing for Norwegian and Dutch people. Except Great Britain, those 3 countries are the best English speakers in Europe.

I just can't even hear any broken English in there. No hint that English isn't their native language. It amazes me! :colour:
