It's my new year resolution to lose a stone. I bought myself a treadmill and am going to use it every second day for a set amount of time. Then I'll do it everyday and then increase the time.
I'm also going to use lent as an excuse to give up crisps which are basically the only junk food I eat. last year I gave them up too, but moved to cookies instead so nothing this year lol!
I'm starting January 15th and am giving myself until June to lose it, though I'll probably have lost more than a stone by then.
I'm going to make something to eat :
2 Fried Eggs , Sausages , Tomatoes , Mushrooms , Baked Beans and a Fried Slice washed down with a nice cup of Tea.

If you're going to do that then aim to lose inches not weight because no doubt your leg/stomach muscles will get bigger whilst fat is reduced so you might get disappointed to find you're not losing as much as you think, when actually you are but muscle is just heavier.

Oh phew, I'm not overweight then.
Thanks! :thumbs2:
I did it by...
1. I munched on raw carrot and parnsips instead of crisps.
2. I gave up chocolate from August... okay, I had a few over Christmas that's it.
3. Walked to work everyday, and home (unless it was severe weather conditions)
4. I just ate less... I gave up all fatty food's.
I had to change ALL my work uniform and get completely new sizes on everything because I dropped two waist sizes and dropped a neck size.

Update. I'm now balancing between 11stone 11lbs - 12 stone 2lbs. So losing more but keeping it steady. Haven't really been dieting much since January haha.

Im 8 stone(112-116lbs), and yess it may seem really light (and i agree), but my BMI says im confortably in the healthy weight range for my height because im quite short for my age (5'5 I think).
Thing is i eat like there is no tomorrow and i just dont put weight on and then the doctor said "It will catch up with you one day soon" and judging by how much i eat, Im probably going from 8 stone to 13 stone in the space of 3 years.... he said that i should be ready for heavy weight gain becaus emy metabalism will slow down lol
