Biggest dissapointment so far?

I feel enormous sympathy for the Jackson girl.
She is like an empty shell from which ruthless others have sucked all the life.
Her father bullied her to sing when she wanted to be a lawyer.
Her husband beat her up.
She admitted to having no friends and living alone apart from servants.
Her church tried to stop her brother from conversing with her.
And saddest of all the plaintive way she is so keen to tell everybody about her miserable existence.
The jester was a rather sick joke - talk about Palliacci.

Verne and Mutya have been the biggest let downs for me, unfortunately. I expected Mutya to be a lot more louder and outspoken, the same for Verne. But they've barely spoken a word. Before they entered, I heard stories about Verne that he was a "troublemaker" etc, but he doesn't seem to be that mischievious..
