Hmm... I don't see many men's fitness dvds on the market... just curious.

Yeah I don't see why not, some of them have male helpers in them don't they?

They do ... they just aren't as effective

There are a few mens ones out there but no celebrity ones that are probably worth getting if you want one of those

Theres loads of programmes you could try in the gym though..

arent some of the club type dance ones have males in as well cant see why not although it might not be as effective for a man

It's probably because many assume males would go to a gym to keep fit, whilst women are more likely to use the fitness dvds in the home etc.

I have no clue if there are male ones out there though.
