Well just giving them ideas on how to make BB10 a sucess...
eg. Advertising, working with other BB producers around the world, task ideas, doing the launch in different ways (like they are done in other countries, not all rushed) ect...

Good luck, but they won't listen - they had that thread on the C4 forums after Hijack for BB9 improvements but they clearly paid no attention.

Imo, if they dont listen they are really thicker than i thought, after looking at the recent ratings, they should be greatful with BB fans trying to help them.
