Just thought id post a vid that made me laugh a few months ago and just saw it again.
Suicide grip just means not putting your thumbs round the bar as you lift...
Here why you shouldn't do it at heavy weight.

Helps your concentration or somthing, because when your gripping it and its hard usually you grip really tightly and your using extra energy to do it like this your hnds are open.
