How would it be seen from a legal point of view? Would they be allowed to marry, or adopt?
From a purely physical point of view, Nadia will always be male.
If her fleshless skeleton was found, and needed to be identified, examination of the bone structure would lead forensic experts into believing she was male.
(Of course, the silicone implants could be a clue, but I'm not sure how long those would take to bio-degrade.)
Also, if anyone was to do a DNA test on her, her chromosones would be found to contain the XY combination, and not XX.
No matter how hard they try, no transsexual can be completely free of the original gender of their body.
