I rented my last flat and felt rather weird about it.

I was so scared to do anything and couldnt make it my own. like you cant put pictures on the walls etc incase you ruin the paint. Bad times.

Bought no mortgage remaining........Just being a bit picky. But i think the poll should have been. Rented...Bought or buying. Those still paying a mortgage don't actually own the property until every penny has been paid....Therefor they have not bought it but are buying it......
